2009-2010 Gold Star School Counseling Goals:
Achievement Goal- Increase the percentage of students in the class of 2012 and beyond who understand the new testing requirements to graduate from Columbia City High School to 100% as measured by 9-12 district counseling survey, and the pre-test and post-test to 9th graders.
Student Choice Goal- Increase the percentage of students grades 9-12 who understand and can access tutoring and extra help options from 62% to 80% as measured by our pre-post focus questionnaire by 2009-2010.
Guidance Indicator Goal- Increase the number of classrooms and guidance lessons from five to seven during 2009-2010 school year as measured by our guidance calendar.
Counseling Needs Goal- Increase the number of small groups from 2 groups to 4 groups during the 2009-2010 school year as measured by our guidance calendar.
